OVERVIEW
In Owner Services International, you are responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for our Owners. From the moment they request an international flight, you become the aviation professional to the Owner. You must be able to focus on research and remain service oriented to be successful in OS International. This position demands an elevated level of diligence and will work closely with International Operations to identify and communicate requirements and necessities for traveling internationally.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide world-class service during every interaction with our owners.
Demonstrate effective listening skills through phone conversations.
Professionally manage a high volume of incoming calls and E-mails.
Schedule international trips and other miscellaneous accommodations based on individual owner needs.
Learn and understand international requirements and terminology.
Proactively manage and communicate any day of changes, delays, or other potential disservice concerns.
Respond quickly to any questions/inquires pertaining to scheduled trips, status of trips etc.
Provide daily quality control of all trip details, including passport review, permitting requirements, customs requirements and other international specifications.
Work closely with International Operations to resolve conflicts and serve as an owner advocate when appropriate.
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as requested.
Show flexibility in adapting to a continually changing industry.
Understand and follow standard operating procedures.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Have strong attention to detail and ability to finish any given task to completion.
The ability to work in a team atmosphere and receive guidance from peers and management.
Will need to demonstrate knowledge of Flexjets products and programs and can interpret contract information as it pertains to the specific customer.
Successful candidate must be able to respond calmly and manage owner requests in a demanding environment.
Strong interpersonal, verbal/written and presentation skills are necessary to perform job at the expected level.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
A minimum of 1 year of experience at Flexjet as an Owner Services Specialist
Or 1-3 years of equivalent experience outside the Organization.
Experience with international operations is a plus.

Wednesday through Saturday, or Thursday through Saturday
