Corporate Credit Card Administrator

Department: 800 Accounting
Location: Dallas, TX

The Corporate Credit Card Administrator is responsible for supporting corporate card holders and credit card providers. This position reports directly to the Head of Internal Audit.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Set up, add, change and inactivate corporate and purchasing credit cardholder information and profiles
  • Directly assist cardholders/credit card provider with problems regarding cards, transactions and expense reports
  • Assist employees with disputing duplicate and fraudulent charges with credit card provider
  • Notify credit card provider of lost/stolen credit cards
  • Perform account maintenance, such as changes to MCC restrictions, temporary and/or permanent changes to cardholders’ account limits, etc.
  • Notify credit card provider of employee’s international travel dates
  • Monitor managing account credit card spend for increases in overall credit limits with bank & early payments
  • Prepare payment requests to credit card provider to ensure payment by due date
  • Send monthly credit card activity to executive administrators
  • Download and review monthly transactions for fraud and provide to management for review and follow up
  • Make recommendations and work with manager on process improvements
  • Position requires handling occasional executive credit card issues on nights and weekend
  • Assist with Concur expense reports
  • Assist with other projects as needed

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ years relevant experience

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Word, Excel, & Outlook)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Must have exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and problem solve
  • Excellent oral/written communication and problem resolution skills are required
  • Successful candidate should be highly motivated, self-directed, proactive, flexible, and have the ability to work effectively under pressure and time constraints with a positive attitude
  • Able to productively work in a fast-paced environment independently, or within a team
  • Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well
