Flexjet is currently in need of a Materials Clerk. We are seeking a very detail-oriented candidate who is able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities:

• Monitors and maintains acceptable parts inventory

• Ensures proper documentation and record keeping for all parts

• Maintains accounting and order system

• Provides proper security for parts and tooling inventory

• Performs special assignments as may be required

• Oversee and coordinate parts department activities

• Assure parts min/max levels are maintained

• Maintain parts handling requirements

• Provide report on parts availability and root cause for any failures

• Research and order consumables

• Perform shipping and receiving as required

• Ensure accountability for parts and tooling

• Performs cycle counts and responsible for inventory

• Performs receiving inspections

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid driver‘s license and have clean background

• Must be able to work scheduled shift of 3:30pm- 12:00am, Monday through Friday

• Some warehouse and shipping/receiving experience required

• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Must be detail-oriented, able to develop and maintain highly organized work environment, and able to effectively prioritize

• Must be able to meet physical requirement of lifting 30 lbs

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

• Ability to meet Airport SIDA qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred
