OVERVIEW
As an Owner Services International Specialist, you are responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for our Owners. From the moment they request an international flight, you become the aviation professional for the organization to the Owner. As relationships become established profiles are built, creating an atmosphere with foresight to anticipate their every need for travel. You must be able to focus on research and remain service-oriented to be a successful International Owner Services Specialist. During the Peak Seasons, our volume intensifies, and you must be able to stay calm under the high pressure.
RESPONSIBILITIES
•Provide world-class service during every interaction with our clientele.
•Effective listening skills for telephone conversations
•Professionally manage a high volume of incoming calls and emails
•Schedule international travel and other accommodations based on individual needs.
•Ability to understand contract terminology.
•Understand crew duty limitations and augmented crews.
•Proactively manage and communicate any day of changes, delays, or other potential disservice concerns
•Respond quickly to any questions/inquiries about scheduled trips, status of trips etc.
•Provide daily quality control of all trip details.
•Work closely with Global Trip Planning and International Operations departments to resolve conflicts and serve as an owner advocate when appropriate.
•Perform other related duties and responsibilities as requested.
•Show flexibility in adapting to a continually changing industry.
•Understand and follow standard operating procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
•A minimum of 6 months at Flexjet
•Or 1-3 years of equivalent experience outside the Organization
•Experience with European operations is a plus.
REQUIRED SKILLS
•Have strong attention to detail and the ability to finish any given task to completion.
•The ability to work in a team atmosphere and manage a flexible schedule.
•The OSIS will need to demonstrate knowledge of Flexjet’s products and programs and can interpret contract information as it pertains to the specific customer.
• A successful candidate must be able to respond calmly and manage many customers’ demands in a demanding environment.
•Strong interpersonal, verbal/written, and presentation skills are necessary to perform the job at the expected level.
