PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and coordinate all events with the Operations team prior to aircraft arrival
• Build work packages based on sales quote prior to aircraft arrival
• Collaborate with Quoting to ensure proper billing is associated with the Work Order
• Update input dates/hours for capacity planning purposes
• Research and gather all technical data required to complete scheduled maintenance events
• Ensure a smooth handoff from Sales to Operations
• Research all parts for pre-order prior to aircraft arrival
• Coordinate all outside services prior to aircraft arrival
• Coordinate with Accounting for payment requirement dates
• Coordinate with outside vendors to secure parts in a timely manner
• Perform additional duties as assigned; position primarily supports Maintenance
