AOG DISPATCH MANAGER

Department: 325 Maintenance
Location: Cleveland, OH

The Flexjet AOG team is in need of a Dispatch Manager to work out of our new Corporate Office in Richmond Hts. This is a great opportunity for a Maintenance Technician to navigate our AMT's working out in the field! Flexjet offers very competitive pay, excellent benefits, and room for growth!

Responsibilities:
• Work with the Support Center and the customer to ensure proper and timely dispatch of the appropriate technicians.
• Effectively communicate with customers providing accurate project updates to include cost approvals, project status and risk assessment to meet project delivery expectations
• Daily work order reviews of current projects to ensure timely and accurate invoicing
• Manage all maintenance labor to ensure required resources are utilized to meet project milestones
• Plan and coordinate daily operational activities for current and upcoming projects
• Effectively exercise control and responsibility for all maintenance resources to ensure project priorities are on schedule to meet customer commitments
• Provide proper leadership and guidance to dedicated teams enabling project success and organizational growth
• Effectively coordinate with all intercompany divisions to ensure committed delivery schedules are met
• Effectively coordinate with third party vendors to ensure agreed upon service completion date is met.
• Coordinate with appropriate departments, FBO’s and/or airport authorities on ground operations, trip assignments, and trip logistics
• Manage project flat rates and estimates to ensure efficiency goals are met
• Final review of project invoices to ensure accurate customer billing
• Participate and provide feedback for AOG technician reviews.
• Ensuring that assigned personnel follow all FAA, quality, safety and security procedures


Requirements:
• Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certificate
• Minimum of eight (8) years' experience with previous aviation maintenance experience and prior supervisory experience
• High school graduate
• College Degree preferred
• Ability to understand various types of aircraft and inspection programs
• Requires excellent communication skills, oral and written
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to effectively coordinate with multiple departments
• Planning and organizational skills necessary
