Build and terminate wiring harnesses to a high quality for aircraft installation.
Perform a variety of aviation electrical and fabrication processes to include but not limited to wire marking, soldering, crimping, connector termination and assembly.
Perform electrical wiring modifications to equipment.
Inspect and/test wiring installations, assemblies or circuits.
Perform kitting fabrication/ operations as designed.
Ensure work meets quality standards set by the organization.
Complete all required paperwork and computer documentation for harness and component fabrication.
Perform other related duties & responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
IPC/WHMA-A-620 highly desired
Understanding of avionics and electrical wiring diagrams and circuits is preferred.
Knowledge of various wire harness tools to include manual and crimpers is preferred.
Prior experience in electrical harness fabrication is a plus.
